Well at least this time I knew what to expect and I am drinking hot water again as a real treat try mixing metamucial in hot water and try to drink it fast enough to not set up thats a treat. Not that I use metamucial but the big guys talk about it. I was in the chair from 9:30 to 3:30 so I just went home and I will deal with work in the morning all I need to do is get my newelasta shot which it to build up my white blood cells. It was allot warmer today so not as bad driving home last time my fingers were needling most of the way home but today I was fine. Sharen my wonderful wife started a fire in the wood stove when she got home so I was worderfully warm for the night. We watched Wild Hogs again what a wonderful movie still makes me laugh out loud. I recomend it highly. This treatment makes me a little light headed and I get head rushes if I stand up to fast so I do everything slow.
So now I have spent 2 full days away from work which is difficult for me even now but Scott and I are going to work on a project most of tommorow so I look forward to getting that cleaned up a small hardware problem which was probley my fault. I should feel fine in the morning with only the cold to worry about.

It's Friday, and I'm wondering about you two. How's it going? You were prayed for in our little group this morning. Wonder if you have any idea how often you're thought about and prayed for.
